ALI ZAKI BIN SHARIFF is the Head of Recruitment Operations. He has 21 years experience in Human Resources, Safety and Administration field covering the automotive, steel, O&G, heavy equipment and fibre optic industry.

Among the Human Resources fields he counts Industrial Relations, Targeted Selection or Manpower selection of right candidate for the right job, Counselling and Safety & Health as few of his special skills and strength in Human Capital. The Japanese kaizen concept is very close to his heart as he continues to improve his skill, personality and knowledge. He is also known as a person of high integrity, trustworthy and dedicated as can be seen in the responsibilities and achievements he have made throughout his working career especially within the UMW Group.

Edna Sung (Managing Director)
Finance and Administration – Head Social Impact Division

EDNA SUNG BURONGOH is currently the Managing Director of VIVA Odyssey (VO) and VIVA Starfish (VS). VO is an international provider of diversified System Technology & Manpower Services with a focus on the offshore safety and risk management specializing in the Vessel Maritime, Oil & Gas, construction industries including fabrication yards and factories.

She heads the VIVA Starfish initiative which is the CSR division of VIVA Odyssey and the social impact arm of the VIVA group with the focus on education, livelihood, empowerment, mental health and community building.

She oversees the Integrity and Reintegration Division of all the Social Centres of Excellence in VIVA City Global Group. She is also the current term President of BNI Changemakers, the first impact driven BNI chapter globally.

Edna is currently pursuing Masters In Counselling & Psychology, a Trainee Practitioner of Therapeutic Play by Play Therapy United Kingdom (PTUK) and certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programing (NLP). Edna’s vast knowledge and experience in the profession of mental health provides a vantage point in ensuring the ecosystem of support with the beneficiaries are intact and credible.

Captain Yeo Chen Kwan
Safety Training Specialist – Head Coach

He is passionate for Performance and Leadership Coaching in the Oil and Gas Industry, including coaching the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) Officers and personnel. 40 years working experience, with 23 yrs of active service with the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN). Retired as Lieutenant Commander (Lt Cdr) in 2002, and have served as Chief Engineer Missile Corvette and Squadron Engineer Fast Attack Craft (Missile). Passionate about training and held appointment as Training Administrator and Developer in Naval College.

Appointed as Vice Chairman, Malaysia Joint Branch “RINA (UK) & IMarEST (UK)” in 2017 and currently Board Member (Secretary,) Chartered Management Institute (UK), in Malaysia. Both of these roles, are instrumental in encouraging fellow professionals to practice Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and support the development of others.
